Welcome to TrueDerm, your trusted source for affordable, scientifically backed, and gender‑neutral skincare products. By accessing and using our website, placing orders, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

General Conditions

All prices on our website are indicated inclusive of Danish taxes, duties, and other applicable fees, but excluding shipping costs. We reserve the right to adjust for sold-out items, typographical or system errors, changes in supplier delivery, or unforeseen delays beyond our control. Please note that products purchased on sale or clearance are not subject to the standard rights of exchange and cancellation.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an electronic order confirmation containing all necessary details regarding your purchase. This confirmation may also be used in any return or cancellation process.

Payment must be received at the time of ordering, and you agree to provide accurate and complete information during the transaction.

Shipping and Delivery

Denmark: Shipping to pickup points in Denmark is free. For deliveries to a residential or business address, a shipping fee applies.

Within the EU: A shipping fee of DKK 150 applies to orders shipped within the EU.

Outside the EU: For deliveries outside the EU, a shipping fee of DKK 400 applies, with a minimum order amount of DKK 700. TrueDerm is not responsible for any customs, VAT, or import duties that may be levied by the destination country – it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of their local regulations.

Delivery times are as follows: within Denmark, 2–5 days (with most orders leaving our warehouse the day after the order is placed); for orders outside Denmark, expect a delivery time of approximately 5–8 days. These times are indicative, and the risk for the products transfers to you upon delivery.

Returns, Cancellation, and Refunds

You have the right to return products for exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us at info@truederm.dk.

Products must be returned in the same condition and quantity as received. The right of withdrawal is forfeited if it is evident that use of the product has significantly diminished its resale value. When returning an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and for ensuring the package is secure until it is received by us. Please include your order or invoice number and a copy of the invoice with your return.

If you choose to cancel your order before delivery, you may refuse the package upon delivery. In such cases, the carrier will return the package to TrueDerm at no additional cost to you. Once the returned product is received and inspected, your purchase amount will be refunded to your bank or payment card.

Complaints and Claims

Should you encounter any errors or defects with your delivery, you are required to notify us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue. It is your duty to specify and, if requested, demonstrate the nature of the error or defect. Generally, complaints must be made within two years of receiving the product – for items with limited shelf life, the complaint period is limited by the stated expiration date.

Marketing Communications

If you provide your email address and consent to receive marketing communications, TrueDerm will contact you with product updates, tips, and other news. You may opt out of receiving such communications at any time by writing us at info@truederm.dk.

Governing Law and Modifications

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable rules under Danish law.

TrueDerm reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any such changes.
