Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

At TrueDerm, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us at info@truederm.dk within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment. Please note that certain items, such as opened or used products, may not be eligible for a refund. We also offer exchanges for items that are defective or not as described. If you prefer an exchange, please mention this in your initial contact.
